Summary

According to the Fisheye 4.9 release notes, there should be a new menu option at Administration > Global settings > Custom banner, but this menu option is not available.

The related Suggestion ticket is CRUC-5201.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Administration area
2. Search for the Custom banner menu option in the Global settings section, and it won't be found. In fact, it won't be found under any section of the Administration area.

Expected Results

The Custom banner option should be found at Administration > Global settings

Actual Results

The Custom banner option is not found at Administration > Global settings

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
