Hi,
We're using Confluence and I'm able to add a site-wide banner that gets displayed on all of the wiki pages per the following URL:
http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Adding+a+Site-Wide+Banner

But is there a way to do that in Crucible/FishEye? We would like to start regular scheduled upgrades and the ideal place to display that info is in a site-wide banner.
