Error commenting on snippet review

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no) NA

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Spin up Fisheye 4.8.16
      2. Add a repository
      3. Create a snippet from Reviews drop down
      4. Try to add Comment on the code

      Expected Results

      Comment is added

      Actual Results

      Error dialogue is seen in the UI and comment is not added

      There is no error seen in the logs even when debugging is enabled

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
