It would be very helpful to have different review notifications settings depending on my role within the review.  For example, when I am a required reviewer, I need to receive notifications for nearly every event.  However, when I'm not a required reviewer (often added as an FYI), I only need to be notified when the review changes state.  Right now there is no ability to have settings this granular.
