      Problem definition

      Some customers face unintentional record for time tracking due to the user opens the browser and puts for a while with the review screen, and the spent time will be recorded as huge.
      Please provide the auto-pause feature for time tracking when putting for a while with the review screen.

      Using Time Tracking
      > Crucible will automatically track the time you spend in a Crucible review. When you open a file for review, a counter in the Review Details panel starts. The time is added to your total when you leave the review screen.

      Actual

      Time tracking will be recorded in spite of the user opens the browser and puts for a while with the review screen.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the auto-pause/timeout feature for time tracking when putting for a while with the review screen.

      Workaround

      Currently there are no known workarounds.

            Provide the auto-pause/timeout feature

            As a matter of fact, there is an auto-pause feature implemented in the timer. It stops counting time if it detects no activity on the page for 5 minutes. By no activity I mean no keys pressed or no mouse clicks.

            Timer also stops when user switches to another browser tab.
