The Crucible Review Dashboard should have custom fields

The Crucible Review Dashboard at $CRUCIBLE_BASE_URL/cru?filter=allReviews should allow for the addition of custom fields such as the once listed below, just like in Jira:

• release version
• reviewer name
• priority etc.
