Expose application monitoring endpoint for Prometheus

      You already have this capability in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo: documented here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Articles/Monitoring-of-Atlassian-applications-with-Prometheus/ba-p/811100

       

      It would be great if this could be added to Crucible and Fisheye as well.
