Issue Summary

When searching for files to add to a review, using the "Add all <number of revisions found in the search results> revisions doesn't actually add all of the results.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a review
2. Add content via "Search for files"
3. Select the "Add all revisions" options

Expected Results

All revisions are added

Actual Results

Not all revisions are added. Some are left out.

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

3c880c is the parent of the review not being added while 9e is already checked off.

Workaround

Manually click the checkboxes of any file/revision not added.
