If you change the letter casing of a Java class file or its package, the filename or folder name on the disk also changes. Crucible sees this change as if a file was deleted and a new file was added, it doesn't see that those are the same files. This makes it impossible to compare file contents.

It should be able to detect that those are the same files. (Bitbucket can do that)
