Update "Completing your review" documentation

      Problem Definition

      The Completing your review document is outdated because the "Reviews requiring your attention" table was removed in 4.6 as part of the redesign related to multiple linked issues & issue transitioning & logging work, however a screenshot showing that table is still being shown in the documentation.

      Suggested Solution

      Remove that screenshot from the documentation.
