Summary

Crucible considers removed comments as open while the review is being closed, however, the counter correctly showing no open comments

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a review
2. Add a comment to a review and mark this comment as "Needs resolution"
3. Post the comment
4. Delete the comment
5. Check if the counter is showing 0 open comments
6. Close the review

Expected Results

The review is closed successfully.

Actual Results

The review is complaining about the unclosed comment, however, is not showing it.
The database is showing <column name="cru_deleted">1</column>

Workaround

Resolve the comments before deleting them
