The steps to increase the session timeout threshold mentioned in the following resource will only work if Crucible is not enabled AND the remember me token is disabled:

Proposed solution

• If this is intended functionality we should remove the word Crucible from the first line item, eg.:

  1. Shutdown FishEye/Crucible

should be:

1. Shutdown Fisheye

We should also add a disclaimer regarding the conditions that must be met for this setting to work

• If this is not intended functionality, a bug report should be opened to that effect
