• This transition will only execute if there are no Open Crucible reviews related to this issue
• This transition will only execute if there are no unreviewed changesets related to this issue

that use Fisheye and Crucible.

These conditions are visible even if one does not have any Fisheye/Crucible instance linked to the Jira.

They are also visible independently of the license key used (Fisheye and/or Crucible).

Expected fix: description of these conditions should inform about required licenses:

• This transition will only execute if there are no Open Crucible reviews related to this issue requires Crucible instance
• This transition will only execute if there are no unreviewed changesets related to this issue requires Crucible and Fisheye instance
