Workflow triggers in JIRA configured for Crucible related actions don't transition issues

Environment

JIRA 7.3,7.4,7.5
Fisheye/Crucible 4.5

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a workflow trigger to transition an issue when a Crucible review is closed
2. Create an issue in JIRA
3. Start a review in Crucible that is linked to a JIRA issue
4. Close the review.

Expected Results

The issue will transition to the status configured in the workflow.

Actual Results

The issue status remains the same.

Notes

• Workflow triggers still function when JIRA is linked to Fisheye/Crucible 4.4.1.
• The issue can be reproduced when FeCru is upgraded to 4.5 from 4.4.1 or a clean install of 4.5.
• The development panel in JIRA still shows the related review.
• If we examine the workflow trigger diagnostics page for our workflow, the message "Fisheye/Crucible is not of a compatible version. Upgrade to the latest version of Crucible".
  
• This not just isolated to closing a review. The trigger can be set to transition an issue when a review is opened and the transition does not get triggered when a review is opened in Crucible.
