Syntax highlighting for Kotlin

      As the language is getting more popular and can be easily added to existing Java and Android projects, I think it would be nice to support its syntax in Fisheye/Crucible out of the box.

      I am aware that it is possible to add it manually:

      However, this sounds only like a workaround as the file would be overwritten after each update.

      Judging from the number of similar requests for other languages, you could also consider giving the users easier way of configuring new languages, like through a plugin system.
