UI Improvements

Below are some changes in the UI which would make processes quicker and easier to work with, in the experience of this user:

ADDING LATEST ARTIFACTS TO REVIEW

1. If a review is currently open have the option to add the latest revision for all artifacts (instead of manually having to add the latest for all artifacts)
2. Have a unique icon for artifacts that are not on the latest file (e.g. outdated)
3. Have the “Add latest file” button closer to artifacts, or with hotkey (it is a lot of mouse work to move from artifact to add latest file, back to the next artifact, to add latest file, etc.)

COMMENTARY

1. Ability to respond to comments on previous revisions without having to go to the revision it was made on by hovering over the red icon signifying a comment was made on a prior revision. When an artifact has lots of revisions it can be easy to lose track of comments and then figure out which revision the comments are visible/respondable on
2. Place the SVN revision of the artifact noted on the comment when a comment is made

ADDING ARTIFACTS

1. When adding artifacts from the repository, make it possible to select all files in a folder instead of individually clicking them
