2. Wait until this file is indexed
3. Add this file into a new or existing review
4. Try to open this file
5. Crucible will say that the file is binary

Workarounds

• Attach files manually to review works fine — review shows utf8 file as expected.

• Change the Perforce filetype to text with removing BOM header
