When a review is just opened the page freezes for some period of time. IE10 freezes for a longer amount of time then IE11.
The issue is related to the background work Crucible performs - it loads and renders some files right after the page is loaded. It does the same thing when some file is selected - Crucible loads surrounding files if they were not loaded yet and renders them in the background.
