Improve message when replying to comment which has been already removed

      Currently, when user tries to add reply to a comment which is already deleted sees:

      Can't post replies to drafts.

      If user tries to save as draft such comment, sees:

      Sorry, this comment has been deleted. (Please reload the page for updates)
