Support for Shell syntax highlighting in Crucible review comments

      Problem

      Crucible currently only supports a number of syntax highlighting patterns that are not adjustable/extensible.

      Unable to find source-code formatter for language: sh. Available languages are: actionscript, html, java, javascript, none, sql, xhtml, xml
      Improvement

      Add support for shell script syntax highlighting (sh/bash).
