Summary

On the creation of a project in Crucible there is currently no record of the time/date for when it is created.

This detail would allow metrics to be collected for a particular team.

For example a team may have many projects, so while collecting the data for a given quarter or year, a start point would aid in the collection of data for each of the projects.
