Edit details raises sometimes the error 'The server is not responding'

The button 'Edit details' in a Crucible review raises sometimes the error 'The server is not responding'. I could reproduce this bug only on a Mozilla Firefox browser. If I logout and login again to Crucible the same error doesn't appear anymore. The error occurs also only sometimes. All proxy server settings seems to be okay. Attached are some screenshots and the log file.
