Enhance Crucible defects to include status's

In Crucible, you can mark a comment as a defect, but there's no Status on the comment to manage the life cycle of a comment. A simple Status (open, resolved. closed) would give a lot of meaning as to how complete a given review is, given that we get a summarised view at the top of the review page as well.
