Commit messages aren't autoescaped for crucible markup when creating a review

If I commit with the message "Made some changes to a field so it now takes {year}/{month} instead of {year}-{month}" and create a review from that commit then Crucible will attempt to load up a macro for both year and month in the objectives and fail.

I'd expect it to autoescape anything from a commit message (or at the least, there to be an option to autoescape the markup).
