HTR:

• go to a short review file
• paste a very long general comment (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/minimaxir/big-list-of-naughty-strings/master/blns.txt)
• try scrolling the page

Expected:

• you can scroll the page as normal

Actual:

• you can only scroll as far as the size of the original content of the file
• resizing/refocusing the page sometimes fixes it

Workaround is to refresh the page
