Problem Definition

In the review coverage report, the current percentage of reviewed code is the sum of the percentage of code with completed reviews, and the percentage of code that is in review. There should be a separate percentage to show code that has a completed review attached to it.

Add a separate percentage to the report to show code that has completed reviewed associated.
