add CSID and SOURCE_URL to lightSCM details

      A light SCM should be able to provide a CSID for informational purposes.

      Also, they should be able to provide a URL or some other string that indicates the canonical description of that revision, for archival purposes. in SVN it could be http://repo/path/file.ext@123

      update the 3 bundled plugins to support this, plus FE reps.
