Every user admin action leaves old url

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to userAdmin action
2. delete via bulk action some user
3. confirm action

Expected result

Action is taken and URL points to admin/userAdmin.do

Actual result

Action is taken and URL points admin/bulkUserEdit.do because of that trying to reload page results with Confirm Form Resubmission browser warning.
