Navigation to comments which points to hidden lines but existing in revision does not work properly

When line which comment regards is hidden there is an link Comment on skipped line 1, which suppose to navigate user to given line on click.

This does not work properly and most of the times user is scrolled somewhere further. Seems to be a problem with element position calculation because it for reproduction of this bug does matter comment position on the screen.
