Anchors to changesets and comments in Crucible in Chrome aren't working

    Description

      While going through a review using the "j" and "k" shortcuts, or even just linking to a comment (e.g. http://crucible/cru/CR-25700#c156098), Chrome doesn't reliably go to the element desired. This works fine in Firefox.
