Files added in a branch should be shown as added in the branch review

When a file is added on a branch, it should be added as an added revision to the branch review.
If updated later on, it should have two revisions, but only the last one should be visible in full (currently the diff is shown, which is wrong: https://fisheye.dev.internal.atlassian.com/cru/CR-FE-8911#CFR-140493)
