Reproduction instructions

• Make sure a JIRA instance is linked in the appropriate way to the Crucible instance
• Add a comment to a file in a crucible review (works in general comments and file comments as well)
• Enter Some text "PROJECT-1: More text" Like that
• If PROJECT is a crucible review project
  • Expect comment to display Some text "PROJECT-1: More text" Like that
  • See Some text "PROJECT-1: More text" Like that
  • Links to JIRA instead of fisheye and has garbage text appended to key
• If PROJECT is not a crucible review project
  • Expect comment to display Some text "PROJECT-1: More text" Like that
  • See Some text garbagetextPROJECT-1: More text" Like that
  • Appends garbage text to link text and key in link

Note that I can't actually type what the garbage text is here because of a jira bug. The garbage text appears to be a macro that replicates other text in the comment.
