Commit not recognized in JIRA when issue key is followed by colon

    Description

      Given a JIRA issue with key "IMS-6950".
      When a perforce commit has the following message:
      "IMS 5.0.x - IMS-6950: Added dummy file."
      The commit is not displayed in the "Development" section of the issue in JIRA.

      The commit is displayed for these message variations:
      "IMS-6950: without pre-message, but with colon."
      "Some pre-message: IMS-6950 Added a dummy file."

      JIRA version=v6.3.11#6341-sha1:83c4d29

      I have read the documentation and there are no mentions of the handling of colons.
