Creating review from Commit Graph results in Changeset not found

When creating a review from the Commit Graph the commit hash is added to the Objectives section in the review, but when hovering this hash it says "Changeset not found":

When clicking in the hash, the following shows up in the log:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate into the repository > Commit Graph.
2. Select a commit.
3. Click the cog icon > Create Review.
4. Select the project and click in Create Review.
5. Click in Done to finish the creation.
6. Check the commit hash is shown under Objectives. Hover it to verify the changeset is not found, then click on it to reproduce the error.

Cause

• As observed in the INFO message in the logs, it is passing the repository value as "null".

Workaround

1. In the Objectives section, click in Edit, then observe the value for rep is set to null:
