Various UI issues when using IE6 or 7

      1) After committing a comment on a review, the code diff is pushed off the right edge of the browser and only the comment is visible. I was using the side-by-side view at the time, if that matters. Works fine in FF.

      2) When clicking on certain action buttons, Crucible seems to lockup my browser. If doesn't happen everywhere - just some buttons. I believe clicking the "Commit Log" button completely locked up IE. In the task manager, it was using 95%+ of the cpu. Have yet to see the same sort of thing happen in FF.

      3) When viewing a diff in IE (side-by-side at least), the indentation in the code, isn't working.
