Commits tab and Commits information still shown on Dashboard in CRUCIBLE ONLY mode

      The commits tab in CRUCIBLE ONLY mode should not show commit information, since that tab is populated by favouriting a repository and it is impossible to favourite a repository in CRUCIBLE ONLY mode.
