The REST API /rest-service/reviews-v1/filter? isn't picking up the fromDate & toDate parameters.

For example when submitting the below URL;

/rest-service/reviews-v1/filter?project=GP&states=Closed

All closed reviews are shown as expected, however when adding an extreme fromDate parameter with a value such as =8910096081 (Sat, 08 May 2252 02:41:21 GMT) all the closed reviews still show.

Also when the toDate parameter is included no results are returned.

So for the URL _/rest-service/reviews-v1/filter?
project=GP&states=Closed&fromDate=1410096081&toDate=1411464440_ no results are returned whereas if the toDate param is removed all closed reviews are shown.
