Steps to reproduce

1. Create group 'testgroup1' and 'Testgroup2'
2. Add UserA to both groups
3. Create a review and try to search for the group in the Reviewers field
   Unable to search for 'Testgroup2' in the Reviewers field
   Debug log show the search is performed in lowercase:

4. Click on the drop down for the Reviewers field
   'Testgroup2' is showing under the list
