Reload function does not work on Crucible 3.4.5 on FF 30.0

Crucible is open in a review on my Browser FF 30.0 Windows 7.
The state of the review "Reviewer - 100% complete".
A colleague updates the review by adding 4 files.
A pop-up appears to my screen telling me that I need to reload the review.
I click on the reload link.
The state is not updated.
I click on Details link, the state is not updated.
I click on F5, the state is updated to "Reviewer - 22% reviewed"

Moreover, when a review goes ahead, by reading the files, the Details link does not refresh the progress of the review, i need to refresh (F5) the page.
