Minutes entered as hours into Jira when closing review

When a review has outstanding unlogged time and the "Close" button is pressed, the log work section displays a Submit button with the amount of time to log to the associated Jira issue. If the button is clicked, the correct amount of time shows in Crucible but Jira shows hours instead of minutes. It appears that the link does not append the 'm' to the entry.

      Using Crucible:
      Version:3.5.0 Build:20140722091943

      and Jira:
      v6.1.3#6158-sha1:b5b5eab

I have attached screenshots to the issue.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Integrate JIRA 6.1+ (earlier has not been tested yet) with FishEye 3.5.1
      2. Make sure the default time tracking unit in JIRA is set to 'hours'
      3. Submit time log from a linked Crucible review to the JIRA issue
      4. Notice that the time submitted regardless to the unit, will be hours

      Workaround
Use the default units as minutes and make sure to specify all values that way. See: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+Time+Tracking.

[CRUC-6890] Minutes entered as hours into Jira when closing review

yes, it is. Time spent will be now recorded in appropriate units in Jira, give it a try please

Is this fixed in new FishEye 3.5.4 release?

The workaround is that you set default units in Jira time tracking settings to minutes and only submit in units from Crucible.

Please expand the workaround description. It is ambiguous.

            1. "Use the default units as minutes"
              • Which application: JIRA or Crucible?
              • Is that in the Crucible or JIRA configuration or in the "Close review" dialog?
              • Is that global or project-level configuration?
            2. "make sure to specify all values that way"
              • Use only minutes for JIRA planning and logging also?
