Ability to close Reviews from anywhere on the page

    Description

      Currently if a review contains large amount of comments/lines of code then in order to close the review you need to scroll all the way back to the top of the page in order to access this option.

      Fixing the below menu so that it scrolls down the page as the user does could be a solution to this
