Currently (in 3.5.0) there is no way with hot keys to walk over hidden comments. It will be very useful if "[" and "]" could walk over hidden comments. Or another keys.

The problem is that you cannot close the review if there are unread comments and it is hard to find those comments hidden around revisions. It is even harder if a file has a lot of revisions.
