Remind REST API Call issue

When attempting to use the API call: /rest-service/reviews-v1/

/remind
an error occurs. Within the API documentation there is no explanation of the POST xml structure or the GET xml structure.

The reviewers for the review have not completed the review. I am logged in as the administrator. Yet, I still receive an error. I have also checked the log file and there is no associated error near the call:
