The reviewers' statuses are not changed, when adding new content to a pre-commit review

Reviewers have completed a pre-commit review

Author of a pre-commit review adds more content to the review via patch

Then
The reviewers' statuses aren't changed. Their statuses remain as Completed and they still have the tick on their avatars.

Note
The issues is reproducible for pre-commit reviews only. It works fine for post-commit reviews and even when author adds changes via "browse changesets" to pre-commit review it changes the statuses.

Work around
Add a comment and mark it as Defect
