Marking some members as followers instead of Reviewers

    Description

      Some times, we want few persons to be notified, when the comment is made by reviewer or On Review creation and closing activity etc. These members are not exactly Reviewers.

      Currently there is no option to do this. Hence we make them as Reviewers. If we have this feature it would be really good
