Add content fails to render in IE9

    Description

      HTR:

      1. Create a new review
      2. At the Add Content screen, select any option (ie. Browse Changesets)
      3. At this point the screen stays with a gray overlay but no box is displayed to select changesets

      Error thrown by IE9:

      Line: 860 Error: Unable to get value of the property 'style': object is null or undefined

      IE9 version 9.0.8112.16421
