Currently it is only possible to set a reminder for 1 day before the review is due. However some reviews are more urgent, and are set to be due in less than a day. The suggestion is to allow the reminder to be set in this case.

For instance, if it is 3 PM and I create a review marked to be due at 10 AM of the next day, I can't set a reminder for it.
