• JIRA 6.2.3
• FishEye/Crucible 3.4.4
• Both running in localhost, no proxy, no firewall, etc.
• OAuth authentication configured in both sides.
• Internet Explorer 9

I browse to a JIRA issue and in the Development tab I click on "X commits" link. The list of revisions associated with that issue is displayed. To the right of one of the revisions, I click on "Create Review" action and this is displayed:

This does not happen in Google Chrome nor in Mozilla Firefox.
I could not find any errors in JIRA logs nor in FishEye/Crucible logs.
