Description
I would like to have an option to copy comment URL to clipboard via a keyboard shorcut.
Actually, the request is quite larger, but this is the minimal improvement to the existing scheme.
Let me describe the use case. I participate as a reviewer in several reviews where I leave many comments. I have a need to track comment threads: I need to make sure that review author reads and acts upon all comments in the review in order to consider it done. Currently, Crucible doesn't provide a way to track comment threads in any way; so I have come up with a convention where review author should reply with a comment to all my comments, and if this comment means that the work on my comment is done, I consider this thread “done.” To track threads, I keep a list of URLs to comment threads (pointing to individual comments in these threads) in Checkvist, grouped by review.
A typical workflow to track existing comment threads is to open all comments from Checkvist and for each thread look if it's done. If it is, the corresponding task in Checkvist is marked as done.
To add a comment, I need to copy comment URL to clipboard and add to Checkvist. Since there is a large amount of comments, I rely on keyboard shortcuts to navigate between threads (h and l). (Not all of the comments are worthy of tracking, so I don't add all of them to Checkvist.) But as there is no shortcut to copy comment URL to the clipboard, I have to reach to the mouse, which makes it harder.
