In many cases, Crucible users will simply use the default avatar. In case you have many reviewers, this makes the review dashboard unusable in terms of identifying quickly who created the review.

As in the 'Reviewer' column there is plenty of place to display the username, it should be at least configurable (if not default behavior) to display the username instead of the avatar there.
